The
overall goal of the Greek Council is to provide a quality
undergraduate fraternal experience for the students at The
Universities of Manitoba & Winnipeg who are members of
fraternities and sororities.
When
is Recruitment?
There are two main times of the year that Recruitment occurs -
mid-late September (Formal Recruitment) and mid January.
There is also opportunities throughout the year called "Open
Recruitment".
Interested
in a men's Fraternity? Each group has their own events that
you can attend. Contact any one of the men's
groups or fill in this Men's

will go to all men's groups
Interested
in a women's Sorority? The women's groups are organized
so you can meet each group. For more information or to register

American Interfraternity Conference report shows a high
percentage of the of the 400,000 NIC fraternity chapters are
above the all-men's scholastic average on their respective
campuses.

Studies
show that 76% of US Senators, 71% of the men listed in Who's
Who in America, and 85% of the Fortune 500 executives are
fraternity members.

All
but two of the U.S. Presidents, since 1825, have been
fraternity men, and 63% of the U.S. President's cabinet
members, since 1900, have been fraternity men.

U.S. Government study shows that 71% of all fraternity men
persist to graduation, while just over 50% of all
non-fraternity men graduate.
